As already reported by some sources, South American second seed Pizza Congelada F/A have signed with Brazilian organization Red Canids, the second true large organization competing in the BSC region follow LOUD's entry in 2025.

BSEN first became aware of the possibility of RED's signing on June 10th, 2026 with internal rumors throughout the month, but chose to not report once it was confirmed that they would compete as PZC in the June Monthly Finals, where they fell to Acre Lovers 2-3 in the quarterfinals. In the following weeks, a deal was finalized between the two parties at the end of June.

Pizza Congelada reportedly received multiple offers, but likely chose RED for two main reasons: their size as an organization, and their prospective application for partnership in the BSC Club Partner Program.

RED returns to BSC - as a partner?

This will not be RED Canid's first entry into the BSC, surprisingly. They have already competed in South America many years ago back in the infancy of BSC during 2020 when the world shut down. RED competed throughout the pandemic with a roster of GuiGool, Parzival, and Kaduh. Their roster started the year strong with a qualification to the only international Monthly Final in Katowice, but failed to make an impact throughout the rest of the year as INTZ dominated the region.

Boasting almost 500k followers across all platforms, RED is a massive addition to add depth to a South American scene lacking in large organization representation akin to the likes of European mega orgs.

Here's the big scoop: it's quite possible, likely even, that RED Canids becomes the second South American partner club for BSC. BSEN has been made aware of reliable information that multiple organizations could be added before the end of 2026 in addition to FENNEL joining the program just a few weeks ago. Organizations from all three of the other main regions have been rumored, and RED could become the SA piece of the puzzle, leaving one organization to be added in EMEA and NA before the season's conclusion.

On the flipside of this decision, Eternal has shut its doors after entering the BSC in 2025. The American organization was well loved in the community and known for building up underdog talents into top contenders. In their debut year with Alyanys, Betuchiz, and Frixi, ETN produced some statement upset wins against Spacestation Gaming and Tribe Gaming throughout their year, despite failing to qualify for LAN. Entering into an America more south for 2026, their year started out with rostermania drama, but proved to be one of the best in the region with two Monthly Finals wins throughout the first split. Their Brawl Cup campaign ended in quick fashion with group stage losses to RNTX and CR, and seemingly has also ended ETN's time in esports entirely with radio silence from their social accounts, while many of their staff and creators have transitioned to new opportunities.

From their yearlong feud with ELEVATE in 2025 to their heartfelt campaign in 2026, it was clear the community enjoyed their antics and we wish their staff the best of luck in the future.
