North American organization ELEVATE announced the signing of their brand new team, this time setting their sights on a Brazilian roster F/A Ninguem Segura less than 24 hours before the start of the March South America Monthly Finals.

A Bad Start

The sudden announcement wasn’t quite expected from the fans, even more of a surprise given the drama that has been surrounding the organization these last few weeks. Coming into the season on the backfoot after the disaster of 2025 when they were disqualified from World Finals, it was unsure if ELEVATE would continue their operations in the BSC. Despite varying expectations, they returned for 2026, signing the roster of CODE OG as their new roster for the 2026 season and reuniting with Vegeta. It became clear really quickly that things were not going to be easy, starting right from the Monthly Qualifiers, as they had to play from Day 1 since the rulebook clauses made every single player lose their points. Day 2 was no different, as they had to face Team Elektros, the most anticipated team of North America, in the Upper Bracket finals. They ended up qualifying for the lower bracket, only to get matched against Tribe Gaming in the first round of the Monthly Finals, a match that they lost horribly, getting swept almost perfectly.

After this result, the team quickly fell apart. First, Duckie left the team to join Vatic as a replacement for Rafiki, and after that OG and Vegeta opted for retiring from competitive play as they saw no real options to keep going, leaving ELEVATE with no other decision than disbanding their NA division. It was later revealed by Canadian player Bobby that Duckie’s buyout from ELEVATE to VATIC cost 20000 dollars, calling out ELEVATE’s CEO, Justintime, for sort of scamming him after he allegedly told him about the buyout, breaking an NDA, and promised to sign F/A BOBBY’s roster only to go “behind his back and tried to get a cheaper option" in a now deleted X post. The whole drama went on for a couple of days with both parts responding to each other before people lost interest, and despite the initial tweet being deleted, multiple responses from both parties are still up as of this publication.

To New Horizons

ELEVATE remained silent after that, making it seem like their Brawl Stars division was finally terminated, but big was the surprise when on March 20th, they announced they were moving to South America, signing Ninguem Segura conformed by Tufa, Redzin, and Rei Do Fut. This lineup was recently formed this year and so far managed to qualify for two Monthly Finals straight, but are yet to get a victory.

Although the announcement was unexpected, the region change wasn’t, as ELEVATE is known for having a Brazilian core in other divisions such as VALORANT and Rainbow Six Siege. With their recent announcement of REBELLION, ELEVATE's new gaming house in São Paulo, their choice of region is unsurprising regardless of the signing a roster in in itself being a shock.

This time it feels like ELEVATE, more than trying to top the leaderboards, are trying to find the stability they have been lacking for so long. With this new roster under their wings, they will now go into trying to maintain constant results and, if they do it, redeem themselves as an organization in the post-season.

ELEVATE’s roster is:

🇧🇷 Tufa

🇧🇷 Redzin

🇧🇷 Rei Do Fut

🇵🇪 Diego (Coach)
