As reported by BSEN, BIG has announced their return to the BSC, signing last year's EMEA rookies from XPERION NXT. The players showed in their rookie year that they are capable of making a LAN, but will they be able to do it again after EMEA’s LAN slots got significantly lowered?

No Longer Rookies

After their debut to BSC last year Arthur “Arthur” Kornfeld and Youssef “Amos” Espinosa showed that, while they were new to the BSC scene, they were not to be messed with. Alongside Rup, the dynamic duo were able to make LCQ 2025 where they battled it out for a World Final’s slot. The team exited in groups with losses to CASA Brawl and Rival Esports, but they still showcased a lot of promise for their first season at the top level. They did put up a fight, taking a set off both of their opponents, but sadly it wasn’t enough. They placed 13-16th place. In 2026, the core of NXT will continue to fight their way back to another postseason and look for their first World Finals as a duo.

An Unfortunate Kick

It’s been a difficult road for one of BSC’s most underrated players. Jirí “Salty” Vilímovský started off last season together with Filippo and Tomzy, being signed by Papara SuperMassive, continuing their chemistry from Pirates in 2024. The team started off strong, qualifying for the February Monthly Final; however, mixed results and inconsistent performances resulted in SUP falling behind the upper echelon of EMEA’s greats, placing them out of the running for the World Finals and dangerously close to losing out on LCQ as well.

Instead of the team staying together, they made a drastic decision: Salty was removed from the team, replaced by Enraged with just one month left in the season. This caused massive backlash among the community, but despite yet another setback, Salty didn’t give up. Now, with the BSC 2026 season starting soon, he has teamed up with the core of NXT at another shot at redemption to prove he can compete at the highest level and finally qualify for a BSC post season.

Will the team be able to prove to the world that they are worthy to play among the best of the world? With the help of coach Umberto “inso” Santarello and analyst Karina “Plantyse” Karachorova, this roster is looking to be dangerous but only time will tell.

BIG’s roster is:

🇦🇹 Arthur

🇪🇸 Amos

🇨🇿 Salty

🇮🇹 inso (Coach)

🇧🇬 Plantyse (Analyst)

🇩🇪 Auge (Manager)
