New Heights Gaming and Only Realm take the Monthly Finals in March.

South America

With the return of high spirits and chaotic gameplay, the March South America Monthly Finals was one of the most exciting shows in the region’s history this month, with crazy action throughout the event, ending in a fiercely contested race ahead of the finals stretch for the region’s two spots to Brawl Cup in Berlin.

Quarterfinals

With the February champions qualifying from the lower bracket, New Heights Gaming claimed the first seed heading into the March Bracket and made quick work of Acre Lovers in a dominating 3-0 sweep. Despite heroics from Fire Murilo playing Bibi in the third set of Brawl Ball, NHG kept their interaction swift and dominated their way into the semifinals.

Next up, the surprise signing of Ninguem Segura to controversy-ridden NA organization ELEVATE debuted their roster against 2025 LCQ attendees Bounty Hunters, who took NHG to a fifth and final set in February. The series opened on Gem Grab, where BH’s high impact Jacky-Gray combination proved too much for the Emz of ELV to handle, resulting in them taking the first set. ELEVATE answered back with three straight sets of their own to take them to a 3-1 win, a dominating performance for a region with rosters who traditionally create upsets in qualifiers but fail to capitalize on gameday.

Quarterfinal three promised a spectacle–but if anything, it was disappointing. Last year’s rivalry came to a head as LOUD prepared to face off against SKCalalas in the first round of the Monthly Final. The Brazilian giants dismantled their former rivals in a 3-0 stomp, making SKC look like child’s play with beginner's experience. Despite heroics on the Gale, the primarily Chilean squad proved unable to replicate the success of 2025 and exited with their Brawl Cup dreams seemingly squashed.

To end the day, Olimpo Squad took on February’s champions, Eternal. Similar to ELV vs BH, Olimpo Squad pulled off quite the upset despite being the “favorites” for the match coming in from the upper bracket. With the odds stacked against them, given Icecrow’s ban, the ragtag trio pulled together a 3-1 victory against the reigning champions, alongside super sub Meliodas, propelling them into the semifinals for the first time in quite a while and giving them a real chance to contend for the postseason, tightening the race for Brawl Cup between the remaining teams without repeat grand finals in the equation for the champions of season 1.

Semifinals

With ETN and SKC eliminated in the quarterfinals, the race was on to push into a Brawl Cup slot on the path to Berlin. Despite a great showing from ELEVATE in their first Monthly Final under the organization, they looked outclassed in the semifinals by a red-hot NHG. They swept their semifinal in flawless fashion, not dropping a single game across the series, taking down the new kid on the block in a 3-0 stomp with excellent drafting and teamplay, highlighted by their unusual but confident Bibi counterpicks in Buzz and Surge to end off the series.

In a similar light, Olimpo Squad failed to keep up their momentum after their win over Eternal with LOUD looking to regain their peak form as the undoubtable kings of South America. Firecrow excelled with Mortis, a brawler who remains a strong pick in the current meta even after the nerfs to his new gadgets and buffies. One game short of another semifinal sweep, LOUD took the series in four sets and ended OS’ miracle run short of a Grand Finals.

Grand Finals

In what may have been one of the best matches of South America Brawl Stars of all time, New Heights Gaming claimed the title as March Monthly Final Champion, redeeming themselves from the five set loss in February to Eternal. LOUD looked ready to reclaim their throne, and NHG silenced all doubters with an incredible reverse sweep. With their backs against the wall, the unlikely underdogs of SA pulled off the unthinkable against far more experienced players than themselves, fending off two matchpoint scenarios. Prozy’s selfless Kaze gameplay and excellent supporting fire from Wesley proved enough to take NHG to the win, regardless of the individual impact on LOUD claiming the BSER MVP for the second month in a row without winning.

With just one month left, South America remains one of the fiercely contested races ahead of Berlin. NHG sit high on the leaderboard and have all but secured their qualification, but Eternal and LOUD will have to give it their all in April to have the chance to represent Brazil at Brawl Cup 2026.

North America

North America is normally a pretty boring region. This month, though, it can be summed up into two words: absolute cinema

Quarterfinals

North America kicked off this month with the reigning rookie champions Team Elektros facing off against newly signed Enosis Esports, an odd qualification with a 3-2 victory over February Monthly Finalists F/A OuiOui (ex-Only Realm NA). Another recently dropped squad themselves, the former BGT NA squad brought the vibes in KIRITO and Math’s debut tier 1 matches no matter the odds. TE looked underprepared for the ideas of ENO, losing a set to a well drafted Doug-Janet composition in Gem Grab, but they ultimately closed out the match 3-1 with a showcase of their superior mechanics.

The second semifinal had promising hopes to be a banger, but it was more like a disappointment than anything. After reportedly buying out duckie’s contract from ELEVATE for $20,000 USD, Vatic were coming into March hungry with his addition to the roster setting them up at the top of NA in scrims with a 66.5% winrate, slightly above Team Elektros and over 15 percent above their opponents in Tribe. Despite sky-high expectations, Tribe Gaming showed the reason they signed Diegogamer coming into 2026 with a 3-1 dismantling of Vatic, who seemed lost in their drafts. Despite heroic efforts and the best attempts from belal, TRB’s counter picks balanced aggressions with control and ultimately defeated duckie in the quarterfinals once more, setting Vatic out of the race for Berlin.

With Junnie banned, most hope was lost for the third quarterfinal of the day. Longtime NA semipros Nerf and Winq made their Monthly Finals debut alongside substitute player Zoulan, but they were simply outclassed by the preparation and skill of the newly signed Only Realm NA squad, following KDS Esports’ exit from competition. Bobby and co swept Legacy Esports in a 3-0, with Zoulan looking like a shell of his former glory from one of NA’s legends.

In the last quarterfinal of the day, chaos abounded as Vic Day took on ZOOS Esports. The former ELEVATE duo retired after the calamity of duckie’s transfer to Vatic, but they still played qualifiers casually with Steel–a decision that proved great for them, as they narrowly beat Tribe Gaming in a 3-2 battle to the end to qualify from the Upper Bracket with almost no scrims played in preparation. ZOOS, who joined the Clash of Clans organization following their exit from CNE, picked up ex-RLM player Ducky and were looking to make a statement with their new roster. With secondbest playing for Steel (the latter of which is now coaching TE), the quarterfinal kicked off with a commanding set one from Vic Day, spearheaded by OG’s famous Nani gameplay. Sets two and three were fiercely contested, as ZOOS’ Pam healing remained supreme in Hot Zone, while Vic Day’s Vegeta showcased near perfection on Meeple to take Bounty. With the gems in their back pocket, Tyrant and his team pulled off incredible resets to narrowly avoid two dire matchpoint scenarios in set four, pushing the series to a fifth and final set. Vic Day drafted what felt like the first unwinnable draft of the year in set 5, losing the set in just over 60 seconds of playtime to send Xemp and Ducky to their first semifinals.

Semifinals

Team Elektros are looking deadly, but sometimes, it’s ego that can get the best of you. With a grand finals caliber match set for the semifinals, TE were coming in as the favorites with a great record against Tribe–a not so close 3-1 victory in the February Monthly Finals, a back to back double set five Grand Finals Bracket Reset in Supremacy League, and a 64% scrim win rate compared to Tribe’s 51%. TE breezed through the first two sets and took the first game of Gem Grab to hit match point, looking to beat their record and sweep the 2025 NA titans. Tribe’s experience kicked in and took two fiercely contested games with heroics from Lxffy on the Mortis, executing a hypercharge clutch play to steal the gems in set 2 and claiming the last gem needed from the mid before gadgeting away in game 3 to claim the set by just one gem. TRB’s well executed draft pushed the match to another set five on the day: Knockout. Team Elektros showed who they were by taking the first game comfortably with excellent shooting from Snoiy on the Brock, but Tribe equalized the score after excellent Piper gameplay from the hero of the match, Lxffy, to push them to double match point, just one game away from a reverse sweep. With everything on the line, Elektros took the first round of game 3 in flawless fashion, but Tribe answered back with an excellent Gene pull from Diegogamer to isolate Doin, pushing them to one final round of Knockout to decide the game. Tragedy struck though for Team Elektros, as star player Memen was force-disconnected midway through the second round of the final game of the series, a shameful bug that prevented him from logging back into the game and caused him to die instantly at the beginning of round three as his bot took him into open field. Tribe took the game, and with it the match, but it could be seen on their faces that it was a hollow victory and will remain one of North America’s greatest what-ifs.

In an already insane first semifinal, it was only about to get more insane. Coming as the favorites, Only Realm NA were expected to take the victory over ZOOS Esports, but they certainly didn’t look like the favorites at first. Riding the momentum of their victory in the quarterfinals, ZOOS abused Xemp’s low ping Mortis gameplay and swiftly headed up to a 2-0 lead in sets. Despite this seemingly insurmountable lead, the veterans shocked the world with another unbelievable reverse sweep. Winning six straight games in a row, Only Realm took the match 3-2 and advanced to their first Grand Finals of the year.

Grand Finals

In a rematch of the 2024 April Grand Finals, the stage was set for regional favorites Tribe Gaming to take on NA veterans Only Realm NA in one of the most unexpected matches of the day. Like all of our quarterfinals, one team started off strong; in this case, that team was Tribe Gaming. Despite the sets being contested by RLM, they took both Brawl Ball and Hot Zone to advance to a set three match point. RLM’s draft seemed to flip the on-switch in Knockout, once again staving off the jaws of defeat in the final hour. Another close dance with death in set 4 narrowly sent Only Realm to a set five, where their late draft Sprout pick proved to be the downfall of NA’s most dominant team. In their second reverse sweep of the day, Only Realm breezed through Bounty on Shooting Star, the very map they fumbled in last month’s double match point semifinals, to crown themselves as the April Monthly Final champions in 2026.

This was a return to glory for the trio of North America legends and a rare show of form from Bobby, carrying his team across the line to Patchy’s first non-subregion Monthly Final win. With this victory, RLM have tied themselves with Team Elektros in points at 140 a piece, sitting at second on the leaderboards as a result of tiebreakers and in a prime position to secure Brawl Cup given Tribe Gaming’s lower bracket qualification in March.
