[BSEN] New Staff & Next Steps

On December 9th, 2025, we announced a first in the history of BSEN: our expansion. Since 2022, BSEN has served the BSC community by delivering high quality graphics and reliable information, keeping fans updated on the scene, regardless of region or time. Since founded, we've published countless posts and continually held ourselves to a standard of excellence.

In 2024, we implemented a number of ambitious changes: comprehensive coverage of Monthly Qualifiers (shoutout to Idou and T2), live match coverage for major BSC events, and our most detailed magazine projects to date. These projects featured better interviews, more content, new designs, and even printed copies at the 2025 World Finals!

We're proud of how far BSEN has come, but growth comes with its challenges. So, this year, we launched our first open recruitment form for BSEN, aiming to recruit the next generation of leaders in Brawl Stars Esports news coverage. This process started during the production of last year's Worlds Magazine, and it has continued until now, with a new set of trial staff joining the team. I’m excited to share updates about where BSEN is headed as we gear up for the beginning of a great season.

New Staff

Having proven themselves throughout the Worlds Magazine and the off-season, we are welcoming five new regional experts: Lukluk23 (EMEA), Senka (EMEA), Domori (EMEA), Chimdos (SA), and Acesulfame-K (CN) to the team. We're excited to have their expertise on board in keeping BSEN informed, allowing us to keep you informed in turn. Nat will be joining our team as the staff editor for BSEN, ensuring our content remains polished as we work towards the next magazine project during Brawl Cup.

Additionally, we've got a host of new trial staff joining the team to help with design and socials, including our new expansion to Instagram:

Next Steps

This is a big leap for BSEN, but I'm excited to have been able to talk with almost everyone so far in training sessions. I'm thrilled to jump into the year with a team of veterans and newbies alike.

We've already started on changes - our off-season coverage was the most thorough in history, and I believe we got most ;) of them right. A revamped bsen.news is our first step forward this year in our expansion of BSEN, working towards monetization to keep the project sustainable while showcasing what we can do. We've got some more new stuff in store, but you'll have to wait to see it. :D
