After two months of thrilling competition, it is time for the conclusion of the Spring Split to commence with one last Monthly Final. While some teams have already punched their ticket to Berlin, others are still fighting for the chance to attend at least one LAN event this year as a competitor. Although not everyone can have a chance to qualify, they can certainly cause some madness and potentially give themselves back in the postseason race right before the Summer Split… or they can compete in their respective Challengers events. Let’s show off the key things to watch out for this month including clinching scenarios, battles for seeding and long shots who are here to earn a few more points before the real challenge begins.

Is ZETA Truly #1?
ZETA DIVISION has already punched their ticket to the Brawl Cup with their near perfect Monthly Qualifier run this month, but now their true test is to see if they can defend their #1 spot from those Crazy Raccoons. ZETA have looked very solid so far this season making a Grand FInals appearance in both Monthly Finals. Although their runs to the Grand Finals have been quite easy not dropping a single set in the previous two rounds, they’d need to pull off another run to the Grand Finals to secure that #1 spot. Looking at who they could face in their bracket, it seems likely they could pull off such a feat. Now if that happens, they need to make a strong case in that Grand Finals match to prove they have significantly improved since their brutal defeat at Worlds 2025.
Brawling for Berlin
The 2nd Brawl Cup spot will be decided in a heated brawl in the lower half of the bracket. Crazy Raccoon currently hold a pretty good lead, but FENNEL despite not qualifying last month are here to make a statement. Both teams pretty much control their own destiny, but one team has a much tougher challenge than the other. The fun part is that they’ll potentially face each other in the Semifinals assuming they win their respective Quarterfinals matches (and if Rival doesn’t play spoiler and ruin the fun early). If Crazy Raccoon wins their matchup, they punch their ticket to Berlin to defend their title. If FENNEL wins though, they’d need to defeat whoever they meet in the Grand Finals to secure their spot to the Brawl Cup. Better peg that 2nd Semifinals match on your calendar because we all know they’re going to put on quite a show.
Making up Lost Ground
Although there is still a slight sliver of hope from teams such as SKCalalas EA and Rival Esports, they’d have to go super saiyan and hope INSOMNIA pops off against Crazy Raccoon in order for that to happen. Their best bet is to simply earn a few more extra points so they can get in a comfortable position in time for the Summer Split. SKC & REJECT will be duking it out in hopes of potentially keeping their seasons alive while Rival has to go up against a tough yet manageable foe in FENNEL. With there being a chance of East Asia earning a 4th postseason spot thanks to the Brawl Cup and their representatives being legit contenders in said event, they might as well go all out and earn as much as they can before the 1.5x multiplier kicks in.
Predictions

Who will be the final team from this region flying to Berlin with ZETA? Are you a believer in Crazy Raccoon, or are you rooting for FENNEL to steal that spot? Tune in on Saturday, April 11th @ 8:00 UTC to find out!
