Where do the Pierce (Lukii) & Kaze (Prozy) GOATS rank on our list?
Where do the Pierce (Lukii) & Kaze (Prozy) GOATS rank on our list?

Another month has passed full of exciting matches which means it’s time for another rankings post! We will be covering the Top 15 teams from around the world and see who rose near the top and who plummeted out of the rankings as a whole. A lot has changed outside of the Top 3 including a new team joining the Top 5, a surprise newcomer in the Top 10 and somehow a Chinese Mainland team sneaking in that isn't Toxic Lotus.

Our elo rating system keeps track of all results from the BSC events focusing on the more recent events. While we are still including the 2025 World Finals results in this ranking, this is the last time we will use these results and even then they shouldn’t have too much of an impact here. Some things were slightly altered compared to last time and we did include results from the SA West tournament as well as finally adding teams from the SESA & Chinese Mainland regions now that they started their events. We know there won’t be a perfect model to use when calculating statistical ratings, but this should be our best bet to determine who the best teams are in the end.

Anyways, let's see who made it into our Top 15 list this month! We have three new teams that got added, but let's start with our best teams first and go down the list.

BSEN X BrawlCap Top 15 Global Power Rankings (March)

#1 HMBLE

Are we even shocked to see them in this spot? Well, you shouldn't because they just proved they are still the best team in the world. A solid run to win their first Monthly Final of the year and breaking the 2nd Place Curse gave our former champions some relief. Despite a close call against both NOVO and FUT, Lukii picking up Pierce in 6 out of those 10 sets was a huge reason why they are pretty much guaranteed to qualify for the Brawl Cup now. The one thing they have left to do now is secure the #1 spot in the region from their rivals for one more month.

#2 FUT Esports

Although they didn't win this Monthly Final, FUT Esports look like a serious threat and proved last month wasn't a one time thing. A solid 2nd Place finish all but guaranteed a Brawl Cup spot for this roster, but that loss against HMB put them just below them in the leaderboards by two points. They are definitely deserving of this spot, but they did look a little shaky against Team Heretics as they were taken to the fifth and final set in that matchup. These guys can be beaten by other teams besides HMBLE so now the question is who will be the first to do so?

#3 Crazy Raccoon

They got me a little worried for a second, but they bounced back after a rough Quarterfinals exit last month and even a brutal start to their matchup against REJECT this month. However, CR prevailed in the end and had an easy path to the Grand Finals where they would prove they are still worthy of being called World Champions after defeating ZETA in a 3-1 match win. They rose from the bottom to the top currently placing 2nd on the leaderboards and although a Brawl Cup spot isn't guaranteed yet for them, it will take a total collapse and an uprising from FENNEL to kick them out of the race to Berlin.

#4 ZETA DIVISION

Not enough to win the Monthly Finals, but good enough to the point a Brawl Cup spot is all but locked for ZETA. It's not surprising to see them earn so many points considering their first round opponents are usually easy to beat. Same can be said for their Semifinal opponents as they have defeated both SKC & Rival now. The one team that can't seem to crack yet are Crazy Raccoon, but they should be able to take them down eventually. There's no doubt in my mind this team is the best in their home region, but I think the real question everyone wants to know is can this team redeem themselves after that brutal Worlds performance? Hopefully that answer is yes.

#5 Team Heretics

A huge leap on the leaderboards from Team Heretics as coming just short of a minimum Top 2 finish was enough to squeeze them into the Top 5. They did keep it close against an improved NAVI squad, but the real eye catching moment was their brutal Brawling against FUT where they took the February Monthly Finals Champions down to the wire. However, it wasn't meant to be this time and they will not be qualifying for the Brawl Cup. Despite the brutal defeat, this team did show some promise that they can be a top European team and I have no doubt they will return in hopes of finally beating the two gods on top one day.

#6 Tribe Gaming

A new #1 team in North America has risen, but it surprisingly isn't the team who has won a Monthly Final yet. Tribe Gaming looked much better this month showing you don't need to spend 20k on a player to win and that drafting properly is key. They were on the verge of getting dominated by TE, but coming back winning 6 of their next 7 games was a huge exclamation point despite the controversial ending. If only they could keep that momentum heading into the Championship match as the brutal reverse sweep from Only Realm may have hurt their chances to claim a Brawl Cup spot. Although the odds aren't in their favor at the moment, there is still hope for the red & black to sneak in.

#7 Reply Totem

You just can't beat NOVO can you? I don't know what Totem's issue is whenever they face a NOVO team. They just can't beat them for whatever reason. Totem is still a pretty good team overall, but NOVO is the one team that just constantly owns them no matter who they have carrying their roster. I think this gave a pretty good indication that Totem might just be a good team this year. Nothing spectacular, but hey at least they aren't SK right now. We won't be seeing them in Berlin this year so it might be best for them to at least try and finish this split on a high note before the real gauntlet in the Summer begins.

#8 Team Elektros

There were some pretty high expectations from this team after winning the last Monthly Final, but things got quite rocky to start their next attempt at a repeat. Enosis surprisingly kept things close against these prodigies, but that may have been because they knew they would go through a tough opponent in the Semis. At first they looked way better and had a good shot at possibly pulling off a 6-0 game record against Tribe, but then they fell apart and got reverse swept which ended in Memxn disconnecting in the final round of the final game in the final set. A heartbreaking defeat for sure, but we know this team is still good and should be able to bounce back again next month.

#9 NOVO Esports

Yes you read that right. I don't care if people think I'm going crazy for placing them this high, but this was easily the greatest group of players I watched compete all month. Their incredibly hype match against SK to qualify to owning Reply Totem in the Monthly Finals all got them back in contention for a playoff spot. While they were able to keep it close against HMBLE and force a Set 5, they weren't able to get the job done in the end. I personally wasn't a fan of the Carl picks in the last two sets, but hey it made for a nice storybook moment. Who would've thought bringing in MeOw would've revived their season.

#10 LOUD

Well, at least this was an improvement compared to last month. Although this definitely wasn't the result they were hoping for and are now in danger of not qualifying for the Brawl Cup. The thing is that they faced some pretty decent teams leading up to the Grand Finals by defeating SKC and Olimpo. It was all looking good for them boasting a 2-0 lead against NHG, but they just couldn't claim that third set and blew it in spectacular fashion. This team definitely has the skill to win and we did see this same thing happen to them last year where they came back and finished the Spring Split in first, but they need to go all out if they want to redeem themselves on a global stage in May.

#11 Only Realm NA

Unc still got it! Only Realm made bank with this killer signing from NA as they pulled up two incredible comebacks to earn Patchy his first Monthly Finals Championship since August 2023. A reverse sweep against both ZOOS Esports and Tribe Gaming in the final two rounds of the tournament will definitely make this moment go down in history. Even at 25, bobby still has a few more tricks up his sleeve and sans' goofy antics on camera were definitely a joy to watch. Although I don't think this run is enough to convince the general public that this team is the real deal, they are in a good spot to claim a trip to Berlin. They just gotta go on one more deep run and hope Tribe doesn't pop off.

#12 New Heights Gaming

It was no shock this team was making the Grand Finals with the bracket they got this month. Acre Lovers and Elevate were pretty much a walk in the park, but their true test was going to be whoever came out of the lower half of the bracket. LOUD were definitely no pushover and proved it by going up 2-0, but then NHG decided to lock in at the right time. Maybe it had to do with Prozy picking up Kaze three times in a row in the Finale, but those picks worked in their favor and NHG are now all but guaranteed to qualify for the Brawl Cup. Although they have had quite an easier road to the top than most teams, their win against LOUD was a statement that they can tangle with the best.

#13 FENNEL

This is the only team who made it on this list who didn't qualify this month, but I'm willing to give them a pass since they did have an incredible February to start the year. Yes their early exit to the Losers Bracket was brutal and losing to Feasible Gaming in the Qualifiers sucked, but at least it provided us with the greatest Barley cosplay of all time from Shigemyon. I have no doubt they'll be back next month and although their Brawl Cup chances are pretty slim, it doesn't hurt to start gaining a slightly bigger lead in the Top 3 before the real fun begins in the Summer.

#14 Ace Xero

We finally have a Chinese Mainland team reaching the Top 15 and it's surprisingly not Toxic Lotus. A new team who seemingly came out of nowhere in Ace Xero has dominated all of China which includes defeating Toxic Lotus twice and winning both Monthly Finals. They are a lock for the Brawl Cup and should be a team to look out for despite the lack of LAN success outside of their home region, but they still have one more Monthly Final to play before the big event happens. Overall a pretty promising group who doesn't seem like they'll stop taking over China any time soon.

#15 Eternal

Really hoping that run in February wasn't a one time thing because holy what a rough month for these guys. After seemingly battling their way through a tough bracket, Eternal were dealt with a rematch against Olimpo with Meliodas subbing in for IceCrow. This should've been their moment to solidify themselves as a greater threat to the region, but they flopped badly and will now have to fight for the second Brawl Cup ticket with LOUD next month. Their poor showing this month wasn't enough to kick them out of the Top 15, but another performance like this most certainly will.
